The Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a new members-only chapter of the Toastmasters club.

The initial demonstration meeting is scheduled from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday (Nov. 28) at New Brighton City Hall, 803 Old Highway 8 N.W.

Membership will be open to all TCNC members and their staffs.

Toastmasters International is devoted to making effective oral communication a worldwide reality. The mission of a Toastmaster club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop oral communication, listening and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
