Memorial Service March 16 for for 91-Year-Old Glenn C. Holliday

Holliday was a WWII Army veteran.

 

Glenn C. "Hap" Holliday, 91, of Roseville, died this past Friday, according to an obituary notice from Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville.

A memorial service for Holliday, a World War II Army veteran, is scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday March 16 at the Roselawn Cemetery Chapel, 803 W. Larpenteur Ave, Roseville.  Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to the memorial service.

During WWII, Holliday served in the Theaters of North Africa, Sicily, Italy and the Philippines, according to his obit.

Holliday was preceded in death by wife, Catherine; brother, David; brother-in-law, Melvin Giefer. 

Survivors are children, Dianne (Dennis) Dorman, Darlene (Tom) Olson, Dan (Heidi); grandchildren, Tracey (Linda), Stacey (Mike), Kip, Cody, Josh, Nick, Sam; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Carol Jean Giefer, Muriel June (Val) Jarchow;  Emily “The Cat”; nieces, nephews and other family and friends. 

The family wishes to acknowledge AseraCare Hospice "for their loving vigilance" in caring for Glenn.
