Roseville Rewind: A Massive Prostitution Sentencing, City Council Filings and Car Crash

This past week, a Ramsey County judge sentenced a 39-year-old Columbia Heights man to 21 years for the prostitution of a 17-year-old girl earlier this year at a Roseville area hotel.
