The Battle of the Bands was scrubbed, due to lack of interest. But a home-grown Roseville band will be filling the void.
"With the cancellation of Battle of the Bands on Thursday (tomorrow), we had an open slot!,'' said Debbie Cash, Roseville Parks and Recreation program supervisor. "This will be filled by The Ben Johnson Band, an original country band homegrown in Roseville. Show time (is at) 7:30 p.m. at the Frank Rog Amphitheater at Central Park.
