The Calvary Baptist Church adult, youth and children’s choirs and orchestra present The Gift, a Christmas musical performance featuring the one-act opera Amahl and the Night Visitors. Amahl, composed by Gian Carlo Menotti, is the musical story of Amahl, a poor shepherd boy who was visited by the three kings on their way to find a special child. The Gift will feature additional numbers.
Admission is free, but a love offering will be taken. Child care will be provided for children 3 and under.
There will be two showings, at 4 p.m. and at 6 p.m.
