"Each Powerball jackpot winning ticket is worth over $293 million," according to Minnesota Lottery officials. " We had one $1,000,000 winner, six $10,000 winners, and 167,311 other winning tickets sold in Minnesota so check your tickets!"

Minnesota Lottery officials noted that the state's $1 million winner is from a ticket purchased in Winona County. "Minnesota players set a new record for the Nov. 28 drawing, generating more than $10.9 million in sales," they added. "Retailers earned more than $1.5 million in commissions."
