Utility Rate Increses, Reaction to Connecticut Shooting, Snowfall Accidents-Roseville Rewind

When last weekend's storm dumpd 10 inches of snow on Roseville, the weather incident caused plenty of pain for motorists.

Between Sunday, Dec. 9 at 12:01 a.m. and Monday, Dec.10 at 11:59 p.m., the Roseville Police Department responded to 25 accidents with the weather being a contributing factor in the crash, according to Department Lt. Lorne Rosand.
