New Roseville Micro-Brewer Debuts with Soft Opening

Pour Decisions Brewery debuted this past weekend by selling pints.

Roseville's new micro-brewer,Pour Decisions Brewing Co. held its soft opening this past weekend, selling pints. It also released bottles of The Salinity on Saturday.

The brewery, 1744 Terrace Drive, plans to hold a grand opening in about a couple weeks, according to one of its owners. The brewery received its final sign-off from city officials this past Tuesday, an official said.

The brewery received final inspection approval from the city of Roseville on Oct. 3. In July the Roseville Council created a special "taproom" liquor license for the brewery and in late August they debuted their brews at the State Fair.
