For the last weekend in October, the weather is still nice but there is a marked dropoff in open houses being held. All things considered, the imminent arrival of Halloween on Monday could be playing a role in the dropoff as families and adults gear up for a weekend of parties and other activities.
Here is a list of open houses being staged in Roseville this weekend, according to Edina Realty:
- 1003 Draper Ave. List price: $254,900. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Open house: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. Listing agent: Coldwell Banker Burnet.
- 2866 Lakeview Ave. List price: $239,000. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Open house: 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Listing agent: Personal Touch Realty Inc.
- 2804 Farrington St. List price: $209,999. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Open house: noon to 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Listing agent: Lyden Realty Ltd.
