Roseville's Sport Authority Celebrating Grand Re-opening Saturday

First 250 customers to receive Scratch and Win "Mystery Bucks." Also, there will be a drawing for a $500 shopping spree.

Sports Authority, one of the nation’s largest sporting goods retailers, on Saturday  will host  a grand re-opening of its remodeled Roseville store with merchandise discounts, a Minnesota Twins appearance and a free $500 shopping spree.

The renovated  47,000 square-foot big-box shop features reconfigured departments and wider aisles to make shopping easier and more convenient for customers, store manager Tim Young told Roseville Patch. The store's update took 11 weeks to complete, he said.

Changes in the store layout include creation of a yoga department with apparel and related accessories. The store, 1750 Highway 36 W., also has a new kids' apparel department and has put cleats for baseball, football and soccer shoes in one location, Young said.
