Senior Units Now Open at New Cherrywood Pointe Complex

Ground-breaking coming soon for second phase of nearby Applewood Pointe development.

Cherrywood Pointe of Roseville, United Properties' first senior project that  includes some assisted living and memory care units, is now completed and set for a grand opening celebration next Thursday (Sept. 27).

The 80-unit senior living community is located at 2996 Cleveland Ave. N next to United Properties’ current senior housing co-op, Applewood Pointe of Roseville at Langton Lake.

Residents began moving into Cherrywood Pointe earlier this month.

Cherrywood Pointe includes a wide range of options for residents to choose from, including independent living, assisted living and personalized memory care. Prices for independent units will range from $1,130 a month for a studio apartment to $2,245 for the largest two-bedroom apartment.

Prices for studio apartments for the memory care units will run $3,000 to $3,200 a month, according to a Cherrywood Pointe flyer.

“We’re excited to open our very first assisted living community here in Roseville,” Brian Carey, executive vice president of United Properties, said in a statement.

United Properties has enlisted Ebenezer Management Services, a  subsidiary of Fairview Health Services, to manage Cherrywood Pointe. To find out about other details Cherrywood  Pointe click here to see a recent Roseville Patch story.
