The Original Pancake House Coming to Roseville

Restaurant managers are currently holding a job fair through Wednesday, then will continue to take applications either online or in-person at its Edina and Eden Prairie locations.

The Original Pancake House is coming to Roseville with the restaurant planning its debut in mid to late September at the Crossroads Mall, across the street from Rosedale Center.
The franchise restaurant chain, whose roots date back to the mid-1950s, will be taking about 6,600 square feet, adjacent to Gordmans department store.
The restaurant will be located at 1161 West County Road B2.
Currently, Original Pancake House officials are holding a job fair at its new site today through Wednesday.  The times are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today (Tuesday)  and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 14).
Stephen Pipkin, assistant general manager for Original Pancake House's imminent Roseville restaurant, said he is looking to hire about 40 people for the opening.
Pipkin said The Original Pancake House sees its Roseville restaurant as filling a need on the east side of the Twin Cities metro area. Currently, there are The Original Pancake House restaurants in Edina (the first one in the Twin Cities) and Eden Prairie.
Of Roseville, Pipkin said, "It's very vibrant community."
