Veteran Realtor Branches Out into Social Media

Veteran Roseville real estate agent Julie Overbye Ledy has recently started up a new business she is calling SocialMedia Experts.

"As a realtor for 25 years I have noticed the need for Realtors to be taking advantage of social media," Overbye Ledy told Roseville Patch this month. "The real estate market is changing and almost everyone is on social media. Busy Realtors know they should be using social media sites but they don't know where to start or how to maintain the social media sites they are using.
 
"So I decided to start a consulting company with my daughter Jenna Ledy Huiras and son-in-law Daniel Huiras," Overbye Ledy said.
After many months of working hard and coming up with lots of ideas we are finally out sharing our new company and its services. Our company meets with Realtors and managers to create a custom social media plan for each agent and office.
"We create profiles, custom videos, and provide content for different social media sites.  We also offer a monthly management service to keep all their sites current and engaging."

Besides being a real estate agent (she works for Edina Realty), Overbye Ledy also owns a business for home staging called ExpertlyStaged. She also is a  blogger for Roseville Patch.
