Roseville Officers responded and secured a perimeter around the suspect’s home. When called, the suspect, (later identified as Donald Ischer) answered his phone and said he had just left a business in Oakdale and was on his way home. When the Ramsey County Emergency Communications Dispatcher questioned him about the alleged shooting of a firearm, Ischer became defensive and hung up on the dispatcher.
Officers searched the neighborhood and were unable to locate Ischer.
Investigating officers believe Ischer may be driving his 1993 Lincoln Mark 8 displaying Minnesota registration TYC403 and may still be in the east metro area or traveling to a second home he has near Green Lake located near Chisago.
If you have any information on Ischer or his whereabouts, contact your local law enforcement authorities or dial 911.

Police are advising the public not to approach Ischer but to immediately contact law enforcement authorities."
