Funeral Service Held Friday for 89-Year-old Audrey Highum

Funeral services for Audrey Mae Highum were held Friday for the 89-year-old Roseville woman.

Highum passed away peacefully on April 1, according to her obituary. Her memorial service was held at Faith Lutheran Church, 499 Charles Ave., St. Paul, Burial was at Elmhurst Cemetery. 

Funeral arrangements were handled by Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Roseville. 

Highum, who was a great-grandmother, was preceded in death by husband of 63 years, Wally; and sister Shirley.

Survivors include children, Cindy (Mark) Stulz, Dave (Barb), Kris (Kelly) Bowe...and Linda too; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren (soon to be six); and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Diretor Gary Bies said Audrey was a lifelong member of Faith Lutheran Church, "having been baptized, confirmed and married there; she and Wally were very active members throughout their lives."  He also noted that she and her husband lived in Roseville more than 50 years.
