Update: Roseville Raiders Basketball Team Wins Section Opener

The Roseville High School boys basketball team, seeded No. 1 in Section 4A, will now move on to the semi-finals.

Update (Wednesday evening):

The Roseville Raiders boys basketball team defeated North St.Paul 86 to 45. 

Roseville now moves on to the Class 4AAAA section semi-finals Saturday night (March 9) to square off against Stillwater High School at East Ridge High School.

With a season record of 21-5, the Roseville High School boys basketball team kicks off opening round Class 4AAAA Section play tonight against North St. Paul High School.

The Roseville Raiders are seeded No. 1 while North St. Paul, 3-23, is seeded eighth. The game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. at Roseville Area High School.

Roseville players are hoping to go deep into the sectional tournament and emerge as champions to then move onto to the state High School League tournament. Last year, the Raiders were edged by Woodbury in the section finals.
