Twenty Two District 623 Retirees= 579 Years of Service

As the 2012-13 school ended last Friday (June 7) for students at Roseville District 623, it was also the finale for a number of teachers who are retiring.

Last month , the District celebrated the contributions of 22 retiring staff  as well service milestones for nearly 30 other employees at the annual Recognition Dinner.   

"Altogether, the retirees have 579 years of service and total combined years of service for all honorees is 1,244," according to District 623 officials. 

The District furnished this list of honorees: 

20 Years of Service – Mary Alexander, Jeanna Hinderer, Juanita Hoskins, David Johnson, Michelle Kruzel, Pat Moriarty, Steve Pawelski, Todd Richter, Sally Schroeder, Renee Seal, Kendra Tlusty, Julie Wenner

25 Years of Service – Paula Buie, Lee Burtman, Rebecca Hall, Mary Johnson, Don Lehmann, Kathy Palmer, Kris Rossow, Julie Schulz, John Thein

30 Years of Service – Penny Bidne, Bob Peterson, Wayne Powers

35 Years of Service – Gary Atchison, Mark Dellis

40 Years of Service – Tom Thomalla
