It was not like any other facial I have had. At the beginning of every facial I've always answered questions about my skin and what I wanted out of my facial. This facial she just started and didn't explain why she was putting what on my skin. My skin tends to get greasy and at the end of my facial my skin was incredibily greasy she must have used product for naturally dry skin (which I don't have). They describe the Element Nature Facial as a customized facial based on your skin type but I was never asked what my skin type is and I don't see how she would know what my skin type was in the dark room I was in? So all in all I would never return to this salon.
