I worked at Planet Beach for only two weeks because the owner is a liar and so is the store manager. When I was hired I was told I would work 30 hours a week and I end up working maybe 15 if I was lucky. I would drive over 18 miles to work to get there and work 2 hours then be told to clock out and do some services. Then clock back in two or three hours later when I was needed again. I never agreed to work a split shift or asked to be sent home early. I agreed to work for $10.00 an hour and the owner payed me $8.00 an hour. When I tried talking to her about it she was rude and said because I didn't have a written agreement and that it was a verbal agreement she didn't have to up hold it. Also so everyone is aware all of there products they are trying to sell you are marked up over 40% and you can find them online cheaper or a similar product that works the same for half the price. They are very pushy on selling products and memberships so be ready to be pressured.
