The Bookshop is a family-owned and operated bookstore that has been open since 1981 and has been in its current location along Lexington Parkway since 2007. It offers a wide variety of books ranging from fiction to philosophy to self-help but it specializes in local authors, mysteries, romances and children's books. The store features a friendly staff and a small sitting area for people who would like to sit down and read for a bit to take a break during the day. The store is located just north of Roselawn Avenue along Lexington.
