Hennepin County prosecutors have dropped two felony charges against Diane Bakdash, the Roseville mother accused of helping her son sell a car he allegedly drove when he ran over and killed a man, the Pioneer Press is reporting today. However, Bakdash,66, still faces a misdemeanor charge of obstructing the legal process or arrest in connection with her son, Timothy Bakdash, 29, the newspaper said.
