Rosefest Wednesday Preview

Musical entertainment continues at Central Park.

Rosefest, Roseville’s annual summer celebration, is now in the fifth day of its 10-day run and ready to beat the drums. The headline event for Wednesday is Japanese Taiko drumming, Kimono dressing  and origami by Sansei Yonsei Kai. The entertainment starts at 7:15 p.m. at the Central Park Frank Rog Amphitheatre which is off of Lexington Avenue south of County Road C.  There will also be a constellation tour at Central Park at Lexingrton from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. That will include puppet shows, a bounce castle and other family fun. After Wednesday, Rosefest continues for another five days, concluding on July 4 with a fireworks show. A full schedule of remaining activities and events is available on the city Web site.
