In Roseville on Saturday: Town Hall Meeting With State Revenue Commissioner

Submitted by the Minnesota Department of Revenue: Minnesota Department of Revenue Commissioner Myron Frans will discuss tax reform at a town hall meeting hosted by Roseville state Sen. John Marty. The free event begins at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the community room of the Ramsey County Public Library, 2180 North Hamline Ave. The town hall session will begin with a short presentation from Frans, then will move into a Q and A period with the audience. Frans will ask Roseville taxpayers to share their views on: What they look for in a good tax system. What they consider a fair tax system. And what could make our tax system more simple. The meeting is open to the public.
