Editor's Note: The Roseville Police Department issued the following update this afternoon (Wednesday, April 25) about a motorcycle accident: On Tuesday, April 24 the motorcyclist critically injured when he rear ended another motor vehicle died as a result of his injuries from this crash. The victim has been identified as 60-year old Roy Garza, of St. Paul. The accident took place at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, April 22nd, in Roseville near the intersection of Larpenteur Avenue West and Cumberland Street. .
