Mary Buelow was born and raised in Stillwater, MN.  Since then she has resided in Woodbury, Burnsville, West St. Paul, Chicago and Los Angeles.  Prior to joining Patch, Mary’s professional career has been in business management, consulting and event planning.  Other than writing, Mary’s passions are traveling the world and art.  Mary spends her personal time creating jewelry and art with a focus on sustainability through recycled materials.  She is also an avid reader and has an overwhelming love for live music and the outdoors.
