ReplyThe goal of making all-day kindergarten available to all is laudable. But I wonder if there are more pressing priorities in education? Or for that matter, just in general in our state?

Ranger, a "snowbird"citation refers to someone who gets a ticket for leaving their car or truck parked out on the city streets after there is two or more inches of new fallen snow in Roseville, thus impeding city snowplows from doing their job.
