Roseville Church to Host "Growing Through Loss" Grief Series

The series, which begins Sept. 12, is sponsored by the 20-member North Suburban Grief Support Coalition.

Centennial United Methodist Church  in Roseville will host "Growing Through Loss," a grief support series starting Thursday (Sept. 12) . 524 W. County Road C2 in Roseville. 

The six weekly sessions, sponsored by the 20-member North Suburban Grief Support Coalition, are designed to support for those who have lost a spouse, child, parent, friend or sibling; or for those dealing with a divorce or separation; pregnancy loss; loss to suicide; job change; or relocation, according to program organizers. 
Each session begins with registration at 6:45 p.m., followed by a professional speaker at 7 p.m., and small group gatherings from 8-9 p.m.  There is no fee but donations are welcome.  Free childcare is available, but please call a week in advance so they are prepared for your children.

“Understanding the Grief Process” presented by Richard Obershaw, founder and Director of the Grief Center, kicks off the fall series on Thursday, Sept 12. The fall series concludes on Oct. 17.
