Zounds Hearing Celebrating Grand Opening of Roseville Store

The store is featuring free food and giveaways now through Friday (Aug. 23).

Zounds Hearing is holding a grand opening celebration this week of its Roseville store.

The Roseville store, 1629 West County Road C,  is offering free food and giveaways from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today (Thursday) and Friday (Aug. 23).  It had a soft opening in March.

The Roseville Zounds store, or Hearing Aids by Zounds, is owned by Dr. Christopher Poletto, who previously was a research engineer at the National Institute for Neurological Diseases and Stroke (NINDS), a unit within the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  He also worked at Medtronic where he was an award- winning principal research scientist.

“I’m thrilled to be able to utilize my science and research background to provide neurological rehabilitation to my clients,” Dr. Poletto said.  The goal, he indicated, is to "promote efficient adaptation to hearing aids and improved results.”

Zounds officials said their company is the fastest growing hearing aid company in the U.S. Its claims are that "Zounds is revolutionizing the hearing industry with its commitment to offering state of the art technology at a low price."
