Roseville Woman Bringing Home The Bacon For State Fair
This will be the second year the mother-daughter's food stand will be at the State Fair.
With the 2013 Minnesota State Fair starting this Thursday, Roseville foodie Pam Olson recently cooked candied bacon. Two hundred pounds to be exact.
Olson is gearing up to run Ole's Cannoli food stand at Heritage Square at the State Fair. The food stand features cannoli, a flaky Italian pastry
New this year will be cannoli stuffed with candied bacon.
Olson will be running Ole's with daughter Marta Lindsey.
