Roseville Council Expected to Discuss Goals for Interim Manager

After deciding last month to delay using a consultant to help it search for a new city manager, the Roseville City Council is expected tonight (Monday, Aug. 19) to discuss developing goals for interim city manager Pat Trudgeon.
In July, the Council decided to extend Trudgeon's role as interim city manager through Jan. 1, 2014 as well as clarify its expectations for the search process.
This is among several items on the Council's agenda tonight. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at Roseville City Hall., 2660 Civic Center Drive.

The Council in May unanimously appointed Trudgeon, community development director, as interim city manager.

Trudgeon's appointment came at a special meeting, two days after six-year city veteran Bill Malinen resigned over what appeared to be differences in style.
