Former Roseville Manager Finalist for Branson Job

Former Roseville City Manager Bill Malinen is one of two finalists to become the next city administrator in Branson, Missouri, KRZK Radio is reporting.
Branson city spokesman Garrett Anderson said  Malinen and David Mitchem, current  town manager of Pagosa Springs, Colo., are the top two candidates in the selection process and are in town meeting with Branson city leaders and department heads.

The Roseville Council in May unanimously appointed Pat Trudgeon, community development director, as interim city manager.

Trudgeon's appointment came at a special meeting, two days after Malinen, a six-year city veteran, resigned over what appeared to be differences in style.
